Phone Consultations
Our telephone is answered by our receptionist during our regular
office hours, and by an answering system when the office closed. The
answering system provides the names and phone numbers for emergency services.
Due to the large number of phone calls handled each day, we ask that
you give all of the details concerning the reason for your call to the
receptionist. If the receptionist is unable to assist you, we will have
a technician call you as soon as they are available.

Our fees are based on our cost of operations. We recognize the need
for a definite understanding when it comes to fees, and that this is
necessary for a good relationship between our clients and us. An
itemized estimate will be given to you upon request and itemized
receipts explaining the charges are always given. If you have any
questions about your bill or fees, please ask.

Meet the Office Pets
BB
BB remains antisocial, refusing to associate with the commoners who
come into the clinic. She spends her days hiding out under the lab
equipment plotting how she will one day take over the clinic. Although
she lives a life of solitude and is often in hiding, she does make
frequent appearances at the food bowl. She continues to work towards her
goal of being an only pet without the hustle and bustle of a busy
veterinary clinic!
Halle Berry
Halle was found at a local McDonalds by a couple of teenagers during
a snowstorm. Halle had 2 broken legs and nerve damage to her front left
paw. Three orthopedic surgeries and 4 years later she lives in the
office with Dr. Smith and the rest of the staff. She was only 6 weeks old when injured,
so really doesn't know there is anything wrong with her front legs. She
is happy and healthy and is eying Buddha's job position.
Buddha
Buddha came to the Animal Health Clinic in 1996. At that time, he was
an underweight, neglected stray. Although Buddha struggles with kidney
disease now, he receives fluids, medication and lots of love everyday
from all of the staff. Buddha is probably our most popular employee,
meeting and greeting all the clients as well as helping out at the front
desk. He makes a fabulous paperweight! |
