House Calls available on a limited basis
Serving the Fenton area since 1989. Member of the Fenton Regional Chamber of Commerce and the North Leroy Business District.
Our telephone is answered by our receptionist during our regular office hours, and by an answering system when the office is closed. The answering system provides the names and phone numbers for emergency services.
Due to the large number of phone calls handled each day, we ask that you give all of the details concerning the reason for your call to the receptionist. If the receptionist is unable to assist you, we will have a technician call you as soon as they are available.
Our fees are based on our cost of operations. We recognize the need for a definite understanding when it comes to fees, and that this is necessary for a good relationship between our clients and us. An itemized care plan will be given to you upon request and itemized receipts explaining the charges are always given. If you have any questions about your bill or fees, please ask.
Payment in full is expected at time services are rendered.
We accept cash, checks, money orders, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, Adopt-a-Pet & Humane Society discounts. Payment is required at the time of service or when your pet goes home.
As a service to our clients, we are pleased to offer CareCredit, the nations leading client payment program. CareCredit has several payment plans to meet every financing need, including no interest and low interest options, each with low monthly payments and no upfront costs. It's easy to apply and you'll receive an online decision in seconds. Apply now or see our staff for more details.
For non-routine or emergency services, we are happy to provide an itemized estimate in advance.
